Handcrafted by Colombian jewelers, our CORDÚLA necklace celebrates pre-Columbian craftsmanship. Its flowing design showcases a central pendant, recalling a nose ring, a distinctive symbol of status and kinship, often elaborated in various patterns. Leather cords, stones, and other pre-Columbian inspired charms (Quimbaya mask, small nose ring, and a leaf) add a graceful touch to the necklace. The pendant includes a back hoop and sliding barrel to adjust and secure the cords' length. A direct inspiration from exhibits at the Museum of Gold in Bogotá, Colombia, home to the world's largest pre-Columbian gold collection, the pendant and charms are crafted in 24K gold-plated pewter with a cataphoretic lacquer finish for higher durability and radiance.

To clean the golden parts, gently wipe them with a soft cloth moistened with room temperature water and a little mild hand soap. Make sure to thoroughly rinse off all soap with a clean, wet cloth, then dry completely. For the leather cords, simply wipe gently with a slightly wet (soap-free) towel. Use the provided pouch to store your product in a dry place (and avoid humidity).
