IMPORTANT: SHIPMENTS TO THE USA SUSPENDED.
Due to the suspension of the De Minimis customs exemption by the USA, effective from August 29, 2025, all parcel shipments to the country now require complex customs and tax procedures.
The late notification of these changes meant that our shipping partners were unable to adjust their systems in time to comply with the new bureaucratic and fiscal requirements. Consequently, we have been forced to temporarily suspend all shipments to the USA.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working with our partners to resume service as soon as possible.
▶ WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
We do our best to ensure that you get your products as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the product you would like to order. Some products are larger or heavier than normal, which means that their delivery might take a little longer. Please check your estimated delivery time based on your location. The following delivery times are given for reference only and may vary depending on the country and city where you live.
Important: If you order multiple products they may arrive on different days.
▶ SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS.
The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items. When processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the delivery date of your order.
▶ WHAT CARRIERS ARE USED?
We use several carriers for our orders. They are chosen depending on the quantity or type of products ordered and their destination.
▶ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
It depends on the carrier used. The most common solutions are:
- The carrier delivers the package to your neighbor.
- The carrier leaves you a note and delivers the order to the nearest collection point.
- The carrier does not deliver the order and returns for a new delivery attempt (usually the next day).
Generally, if you are not at home upon the second or third delivery attempt, the order is stored in the carrier's warehouse. This allows you to have a few days to collect the order before it is sent back to us.
▶ I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER IN FULL.
We want to send you your order as soon as possible. Sometimes this means that your order will arrive in separate parcels (that is if logistics do not allow us to send everything at once).
▶ I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING.
We are sorry that you have not received your order yet. Perhaps you were not at home when the carrier tried to deliver it. It may have been left with a neighbor or at a collection point. The link to our tracking system allows you to see where the order was delivered. Also, the carrier would usually leave a note.

▶ MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED.
We are truly sorry that your product is damaged. Please follow the procedure to register your damaged item. For more details see our

▶ CUSTOMS TAXES AND FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.
International shipping does not include taxes and fees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may apply on delivery, as well as the clearance process. We advise international customers to confirm/calculate applicable taxes and fees before placing an order.
