If you are not satisfied with your purchase (including clearance items), you could return the products if they are complete, in the original packaging, and unused. Articles must keep all labels and be in perfect condition. Please note that you should send us the items you want to return before the return period expires. The buyer is responsible to bear the cost of returning the product, except when ARTESANY has agreed to bear that cost.
The refund could be fulfilled with a voucher or in the same payment method. The refund will only cover the value of the product(s) and will not include the cost of the initial shipping.
