Our OWLIE earrings are an artisanal creation by Colombian artisans, passionate about pre-Columbian cultures and deeply inspired by nature's beauty. For all bird lovers, why not take home a pair of glossy owls? When creating these earrings, our artisans drew inspiration from Colombia's extraordinary biodiversity. Colombia is celebrated as the world's second most biodiverse country after Brazil, and holds the top spot for bird species globally, with approximately 1954 officially registered. This accounts for about 20% of the total global bird species.
These earrings are carefully crafted in 24K gold-plated pewter with a protective cataphoretic lacquer finish, for higher durability and an elegant touch of shine.
