Our RONDA ring is handcrafted by Colombian jewelers with a passion for pre-Columbian cultures. Its intricate shape, known as the Muisca Cultural Round, symbolizes indigenous gatherings in a circle for rituals. The Muisca were one of the most prominent pre-Columbian civilizations in ancient Colombian territory. The design draws inspiration from historic artifacts at the Museum of Gold in Bogota (Colombia's capital), home to the world's largest exhibition of pre-Columbian goldwork. This piece is finely crafted in 24K gold-plated pewter with a protective cataphoretic lacquer finish for increased durability and an elegant glossy touch.
