Estimated delivery date in Europe (Day/Month): 00/00 - 00/00
Our AZULI earrings are handcrafted by Colombian jewelers with a special flair for pre-Columbian cultures and their artistry. This stylish dangling design features vibrant lapis lazuli stones, with the top round shape representing a Calima chest ornament. The Calima, a pre-Columbian civilization from modern Colombian territory, created gold and copper chest ornaments for shamans and leaders to wear during ceremonies as symbols of power and cosmovision. Our artisans based this design on pre-Columbian artifacts exhibited at the Museum of Gold in Bogota, Colombia's capital, home to the world's largest collection of pre-Columbian goldwork. These earrings are carefully crafted in 24K gold-plated pewter with a protective cataphoretic lacquer finish for higher durability and an elegant luminous touch.
